RETURN &EXCHANGES
Since our products are handcrafted, each item may have slight differences. We strive to ensure that the measurements and images on our website are accurate. We recommend carefully reviewing the dimensions and descriptions before placing your order. Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged. In such rare cases, we offer store credit or an exchange of your choice. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us at order@emonenyc.com within 10 business days of receiving your order.
ISSUE OF DAMAGE
In the very unlikely case of your order arriving damaged, don't hesitate to contact us at order@emonenyc.com for immediate assistance. We take full responsibility for any damage during transit. The purchaser is required to inspect the order for damage within 10 business days of receipt. We will need photos of the damaged item, the box, and the shipping label if you find any damage. Unfortunately, we cannot address damage claims for orders reported more than 10 business days after delivery.
